Common questions.
- Is the 1000/day quota per seat or shared?
- Shared across the team. Five seats means up to five members all drawing from the same 1000-unit daily pool. Bearer API keys get separate per-key buckets so a CI burst doesn't burn the team's browser quota.
- Can I use the API and the dashboard from the same account?
- Yes. Bearer keys count against a per-key bucket; dashboard activity counts against the team bucket. The two are independent.
- What models does the analyzer use?
- Deep Bench uses Claude Opus 4.7 with the full schema — slow + accurate, ~30s per ad. Quick Bench uses Claude Haiku 4.5 with a slim schema — ~10s, ~$0.01. Drafting workbenches all run on Haiku.
- Does the brand kit add latency?
- No. The kit is injected as a second system block on every analysis — the base prompt is still cached. When the kit is empty (default), nothing extra is sent.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Stripe Customer Portal at /account. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period; data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
- What happens to my keys when I cancel?
- Keys stop working immediately at the start of the next non-Agency period. Mint new ones if you re-subscribe. Saved reports persist.
- Is the waitlist real or vanity?
- Real. Stripe Checkout flips on once we close out beta validation. Email hello@tokbench.ai with your use case to skip the queue.
