Terms of service.

TokBench is operated by Bloody Fingers Software ("we", "us"). By using tokbench.ai you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Submit your own TikTok ads and ad scripts for analysis. Submit ads you have a legitimate professional reason to analyze (e.g. ads from your own brand, your client's brand, or publicly visible competitor benchmarks).

Save and share the resulting reports.

Sign in for free with email magic-link, Google, or TikTok.

• — Submit content you don't have a legal right to use.
• — Submit content depicting minors in a way that would violate applicable law.
• — Submit content designed to harass, defame, or threaten any specific person.
• — Use the API or scraped responses to build a derivative AI ad-review service.
• — Attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse-engineer auth, or otherwise abuse the infrastructure.
• — Use automated tools to mass-submit content without our written permission.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these limits.

We'll keep TokBench up and try to make the analyses useful. The free tier is free during public beta. Paid tiers, when they launch, will be billed at the prices shown on /pricing at the time you subscribe.

Existing free users will be notified before any feature gets paywalled away from them.

Analyses are AI-generated and reflect the model's reasoning over the inputs you provide. They are not guarantees of actual ad performance. Use them as input to your own creative judgment, not as a substitute for it.

The service is provided as is. We don't warrant uninterrupted service, error-free analyses, or any specific business outcome.

You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process the content for the purpose of providing the service (running the analysis, storing the report, generating the share link). That license ends when you delete the content or your account.

We don't train AI models on your content. Anthropic's commercial API terms forbid training on submitted data. See /privacy for full data-handling details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of TokBench is capped at the greater of (a) what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You can stop using TokBench any time and delete your account by emailing legal@tokbench.ai. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.

We'll update the "last updated" date and, for any change that materially affects user rights, email everyone on our account / Mailchimp lists before the change takes effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
